This allows us to invoice, monitor shipment volumes; notify you of your system status and, keep you informed of training events, product upgrades, system developments, new products etc. Financial information that is collected is used only to bill the user for products and services purchased from us.

Contact information is used for administration purposes only. It will not be made available to, or used by, any third-party to send unsolicited mail.

User and Recipient information. The site collects the users customer details and recipient address details solely for purpose of job booking, consignee management, quotations, pre alerts, invoicing; it is not shared with any outside party, other than within the selected user Virtual Courier.

Information collected by Virtual courier is held to enable the system to be used efficiently and is available to all authorised Users. Shipment history, services, costs and prices, invoicing is maintained for statistical and billing purposes only.

Changes The site gives authorised Users the option to change/enter personal information such as their credit card information and bank details, customer information, recipient addresses, agent cost, customer pricing etc. The User may do this using their Virtual Courier site and entering I.D Password and system ID.
